How do you run?

Yes, I am asking for a friend. I mean, how do you run? Is it one foot in front of the other? Surely there must be more to it than that?

Feels like there is. Running drills, running form, advice everywhere about posture, where your eye line should be, how to hold you head and arms.

Sometimes these things are important. I mean, they are important for you to get better at running and to get faster or be able to run further.

Sometimes, just go for a run for the hell of it. No watch or phone to measure distance or time. Maybe even no plan of where you’re going – a rough idea would be good. Just put on your shoes, do a bit of a warm up and off you go.

Let me know how it feels.

Love me
